Breath educator, author and former lawyer Brooke Elliston has announced the release of her debut book, The Breath Reset Plan: A practical guide to restoring your health and feeling fantastic with breathwork (Affirm Press, February 2026), a groundbreaking guide that bridges modern respiratory science, affective neuroscience and the classical roots of pranayama.

The book is written for people who feel they have already “done the work” through therapy, mindfulness, yoga, or traditional breathwork, yet still feel wired, tired, anxious, or stuck in cycles of stress. 

It also speaks to those who have found breathwork overwhelming, destabilising, or helpful in theory but difficult to integrate in a way that creates lasting change.
