I'm so grateful to Brooke for her classes and Series inside the Online Studio. The teachings feel infinitely layered and deep. Practicing with her online has improved my own teaching - I'm feel more able to invite my students into the sensation of full body connection, and I've been seeing their bodies transform! They feel strong, their internal lights are switching on, and it's such a gift to witness. I feel so fortunate to learn from such a great teacher.

This is something magical! Since I discovered FBY online studio my yoga practice has changed. I learned how to explore myself and my body in the sweetest way. I learned how to say “yes” and stay, to feel my breath and find the way to move through any kind of pose/thing/event in my life. I’m so thankful to Brooke, she is such a great teacher and all her classes and programs are teaching me a lovely way to live my life, with a smile and not taking things too seriously, just living life as it is. We all, as human beings, are so beautiful as we are.
