The Press Play Series is truly for everyone no matter where you're at on your yoga journey. If you're a beginner looking to get a taste of what yoga is, the classes provide you with a stable and safe foundation to build upon. If you're a more advanced student looking to refine your movements and embodiment, it's a series that will fine-tune your awareness. One of the biggest revelations for me was connecting with the essence of yoga. For example in one of the last practices, which is a pranayama class, the cueing is so beautifully deliberate that my body easily slipped into a state of pure presence. The experience opened up my eyes to the array of sensations and emotions alive inside myself, and how I could lean into these subtle energies to elevate my practice to a whole new level.
